Permanent fix for leaking heater boxes to headers. Kit consists of two 1-1/4" two bolt flanges for heater box end and two 1-1/2" two bolt flanges for the header. Nuts, bolts, and gaskets. Simply cut the flare off the header, bolt one 1-1/2" flange together with one (smaller hole) 1-3/8" flange, install the 1-3/8" flange side on the heater box and reinstall the headers. Position the flanges so the bolts are accessible both the header and the heater box. Braze one to the heater box and one to the header. Originated by Gene Berg in 1977. Made in the USA. SW 2# |
