Adapt different starter shaft sizes to other transaxles without machining starter shaft or case. Made in USA. GB 090 Silicon bronze bushing, fits 6-volt trans hole and 12-volt starter shaft. This provides excellent longevity. GB 091 Steel sleeve, adapts 6-volt starter shaft to 12-volt trans bushing hole, running the starter directly in the trans hole. In this fashion it is not necessary to cut the starter shaft end down to the 12-volt bushing ID, however be clear the best way is to have the end of the starter shaft ground down to fit a standard 12-volt trans bushing or use a SR17X starter.
